The purpose of this survey is to obtain more specific feedback on webinars from OneOp.  As a user of OneOp resources, we are extremely interested in your feedback.  This survey should take about 5-10 minutes to complete.

 
There are no known risks to you to take this survey.  You must be at least 18 or older (19 or older in Nebraska and Alabama and 21 or older in Mississippi) to participate.  Your answers to the questions will be strictly confidential.  Any reports prepared will be released only as summaries in which no individual’s answers can be identified.  This survey is voluntary.  You are free to decide not to participate and can withdraw at anytime without harming your relationship with the researchers or institutions involved. This survey is approved by Virginia Tech Institutional Review Board (FWA00000572). If you choose to pursue continuing education credits as a result of your participation in this webinar, you will be directed to the appropriate post-test link at the end of this survey.
