Know the Facts:

1.  Men and women are at about equal risk of developing colon cancer.
 

2.  Colon cancer has a 90% survival rate with early diagnosis, but only 40% of cases are found at this early stage.
 

3.  Colon cancer screening saves lives.  If you are 50 years or older, speak to your doctor about the screening guidelines and get tested.

•   Getting screened if I am over age 50.
•   Talking to three colleagues, friends or family members about colon  cancer.
•   Encourage them to be tested.
